As a National Signing Agent, I have the skills and knowledge required to oversee a wide range of loan signing documents.
A NSA is specialized training to handle and notarize loan documents. Some of the documents I am able to oversee are refinances, HELOC’s, Reverse Mortgages, Sellers Packages, and Arm Loans. I understand this is a critical part of the loan process and will make sure to complete this on time and efficiently.
I keep the notarization process simple so I can keep you moving forward with your closing.
Some additional skills and traits I have include:
· I am snap docs verified.
· I understand how to properly fill out a PCOR form, trust certification, right of rescission form and AKA form.
· I have completed additional training and certification with the Loan signing system.
If ever there are mistakes made I have no problem scheduling a return trip to get the loan signing completed properly.
